The director of the Public Works Department may approve the application after the 10th day that the notice is issued; and an affected property owner may submit comments regarding the proposed vacation. Public Notice was sent to appropriate parties on May 21, 2025. No objections have been received by staff as of the date of this memorandum. To become a PTMD, an area with paid on-street parking must add at least 100 new paid, on-street parking spaces.
