IMAGINE AUSTIN COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Citizens Advisory Task Force Meeting #30 February 7, 2012, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Ballet Austin, Thornton Community Board Room 501 W. 3rd Street, Austin, TX 78701 AGENDA CALL TO ORDER 5:30 p.m. 1. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first 3 speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. NEW BUSINESS Item Topic Who a Discussion and possible action on the draft plan, including priority programs, results from map meetings, and items from the resolution directing the Planning Commission and Task Force to collaborate in reviewing the draft plan Working Group Chairs 4. OLD BUSINESS 5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ADJOURN The City of Austin is committed to compliance with the American with Disabilities Act. Reasonable modifications and equal access to communications will be provided upon request. Meeting locations are planned with wheelchair access. If requiring Sign Language Interpreters or alternative formats, please give notice at least 4 days before the meeting date.
