COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT (CSBG) Briefing and discussion on the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) (Angel Zambrano, Manager, Neighborhood Services Unit, Austin Public Health) Angel Zambrano gave the briefing.
