Requested authorization was determined using departmental estimates based on anticipated future usage. Scruggs Distribution LLC d/b/a The Scruggs Company is the sole authorized distributor and service provider representative for Emerson, Mueller, RF Valves, Inc., and Flowserve Corporation. If this contract is not approved, the time to obtain these critical parts and services would increase significantly, delaying repairs and extending the time required to restore equipment and facilities to full operating capacity.
