APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Water and Wastewater Commission regular meeting held August 19, 2026. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 2. Recommend approval to authorize a contract for pump parts, components, and repair services for Emerson, Mueller, RF Valves, and Flowserve equipment for Austin Water with Scruggs Distribution LLC d/b/a The Scruggs Company, for an initial term of two years with up to three one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $2,230,000. Funding: $37,167 is available in the FY 2025-2026 Operating Budget of Austin Water; $446,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets. 3. Recommend approval of a resolution authorizing Austin Water to continue the GoPurple pilot incentive program and issue incentives on a pilot basis during Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 for alternative onsite water reuse systems and reclaimed water connections for new commercial, mixed use and multi-family developments in the total aggregate amount of $4,000,000, not to exceed $1,500,000 per project for affordable housing projects exempt from the GoPurple reuse requirements and not to exceed $500,000 per project for all other projects. Funding in the amount of $4,000,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 Operating Budget of Austin Water. STAFF BRIEFINGS 4.
