APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Water and Wastewater Commission regular meeting held July 29, 2026. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 2. Recommend approval to authorize a contract for construction services for the Relocation of 36-inch Water Line across Colorado River for Austin Water with Arguijo Corporation, in the amount of $2,069,440 plus a $206,944 contingency for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,276,384. Funding: $2,276,384 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water. 3. 4. Recommend approval to authorize two contracts for sodium bisulfate for Austin Water with Gasochem International LLC d/b/a Gasochem International and Univar Solutions USA LLC d/b/a Univar Solutions USA or Univar USA, for an initial term of two years with up to three one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $2,920,000. Funding: $150,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets. Recommend approval to authorize a contract for water and wastewater treatment instrumentation, analyzers, gas detection equipment, and valves/actuators, including installation, calibration, commissioning, and related technical services, for Austin Water with Vector Controls LLC d/b/a Vector Controls and Automation Group, for an initial two years with up to three one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000. Funding: $50,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets. STAFF BRIEFINGS 5. 6.
