The west portion of the paved drive will remain to preserve the historic nature of the site. The east portion is proposed to be a parking lot, and single-family style affordable housing. Pedestrian connectivity will be provided to link Chicon and Poquito. ATD Approved with the condition that an east-west public access easement is provided for pedestrians and bicyclists as discussed with the applicant in the 9/15/21 meeting.
