APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Architectural Review Committee regular meeting on May 13, 2026. MOTION: Approve the May 13, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion by Commissioner Koch. Commissioner Grogan seconded the motion. Vote 2-0. The motion passed. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. PR-2026-008188 – 1005 E. 8th St. Robertson/Stuart & Mair Local Historic District Council District 1 Proposal: Demolish a contributing building.
