As a designer, I believe something that is so beautiful and special about the neighborhood is that it’s kept the integrity of its original homes and storied past. I believe this house is worthy of preservation being built in the 30’s on one of the most prestigious streets in Austin. The scale of this home does not feel appropriate for the location.
