Clipped roofs are a feature within the block. Single lane driveway, entered from the front of the lot and located to the side of the house Exterior Rendering - NTS Dormer provides second floor living space similar to dormers throughout the district. Carport is located to the side of the lot and setback from the front of the house. Metal roof, acceptable per Hyde Park Design Standards Trim, window patterns, and the form of the front porch are minimal and reflect the period of construction.
