Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once, either in-person or remotely, and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Presentation from Liz Wisecraver, Director of the National Federation of The Blind of Texas regarding the Newsline program. B. Presentation from Martin Kareithi, Director of Systemwide Accessibility for Capital Metro regarding a community review that could result in changes to the Customer Code of Conduct. C. Discussion and possible action regarding to asking the City of Austin for more American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter resources for the Deaf community during emergency/first response situations.
