Presentation from Martin Kareithi, Director of Systemwide Accessibility for Capital Metro regarding a community review that could result in changes to the Customer Code of Conduct. C. Discussion and possible action regarding to asking the City of Austin for more American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter resources for the Deaf community during emergency/first response situations.
