We are not sure that they will get it resolved before the August 18 ZAP hearing, which would make the hearing premature if the access point in the Applicant’s zoning application is under dispute. We respectfully request a postponement to the furthest date allowed to enable the parties to resolve the matter of the unauthorized filing of the restrictive covenant amendment. We would also request that the packet of information I circulated on August 12, 2026, which is also attached here for your convenience, be included in the official packet for the August 18 ZAP hearing.
