CCHOA does not formally support (conditionally or otherwise) or oppose the Stratus application. Instead, the purpose of the December letter was twofold: (a) to emphasize the need to go through the proper procedure and (b) to emphasize what the CCHOA Board perceives as serious safety and traffic concerns that should be addressed in the terms of any approvals that the City may choose to grant. This letter and the December 10 letter represent the opinions of the HOA Board of Directors, and should not be interpreted as indicative of the opinions or concerns that individual residents in Circle C may have expressed on their own.
