Learn why this is important External Email - Exercise Caution Hi Angela, I live immediately to the west and am downstream of the drainage channel connected to the property at 4316 Far West Blvd. I received the notice for case C8-2025-0085.0A and wanted to reach out with a quick question. Because our home sits downhill from this area and we’re near that drainage path, I wanted to better understand how the proposed development might affect water flow. Specifically, are post-development runoff volume and peak flow into that channel expected to remain consistent with existing conditions? I appreciate any insight you can share, and I’m happy to have this routed to the appropriate drainage or environmental reviewer if needed.
