This will allow the Neighborhood and Applicant to discuss outstanding issues. My client consents to and joins in your proposal to postpone the ZAPCO hearing scheduled for next Tuesday. We propose the drafting of a proposed zoning ordinance for GR-MU-CO. I will want to work closely with you and Heather Chaffin on the language of the CO, as the agreed upon conditions will incorporate the protections for my client. Since we are negotiating with you and Danny McCormack on a mutually agreed arrangement, please ask your client to agree to a ZAP postponement so we can finalize the agreement and to avoid HOA opposition to the application at ZAP or City Council.
