Ralph Ablanedo and it's intersections at South 1st, Swenson Lane, Francia, Cullen and South Congress are inadequate to handle any influx of traffic from additional development. This could hinder police/fire response from the 2 stations on Ralph Ablanedo. Road noise from recent development on Cullen is already greatly increased; There are now regular loud noises at all hours from trash trucks emptying dumpsters, and sounds of back up/reverse alarms from various large vehicles as well.
