Recommendation Regarding Atlas 14, amending Title 25 and Title 30 of the City Code related to floodplain regulations (October 1, 2019) Recommendation Regarding Nonconforming Commercial Properties in Land Development Revision (January 7, 2020) 2. Determine if the board’s actions throughout the year comply with the mission statement. (If any of the board’s actions were outside the scope of the mission statement, the report should explain the non-compliance issues.)
