These are very much daily working businesses, not storage, not warehouses. Buckner Road is currently comprised of businesses including the Cabinet Shop, right next to the property in question, along with an A/C Company, Kindred Services, on the other side of the property. I am in favor of rezoning to commercial vs residential due to the fact there are already a majority of businesses.
