A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approval of minutes from the January 12, 2022, Water & Wastewater Commission regular meeting. B. ITEMS FOR COMMISSION’S REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO CITY COUNCIL 1. Recommend approval to negotiate and execute a contract with PSI Water Technologies, Inc. to provide electrolytic cells for a term of two years, in an amount not to exceed $180,000. 2. Recommend approval for an amendment to a contract with Bermex, Inc. for continued manual meter reading services, to increase the amount by $15,427,110 and to extend the term by four years, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $32,927,110. 3. Recommend approval to award and execute a construction contract with Matous Construction, Ltd., for the Davis and Handcox WTP Polymer Feed System (2018 Flood Resiliency Improvements) project in the amount of $8,149,830 plus a $814,983 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $8,964,813.
