Urban Transportation Commission AN ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION APPLICATION ABUTTING 1109 SOUTH LAMAR BOULEVARD September 2, 2025 Item # 5 File #2024-132040 LM District 9 Add location map here Abutting property owner: GSGB, LP Add aerial picture from property profile generally outline where the vacation area is 1109 South Lamar Boulevard Unpaved/ Undeveloped Alley Right-of-Way PICTURE OF ALLEY: STREET VIEW  Vacation tract is approximately 502 square feet  All property owners within 300 feet of the vacation area were sent public notices on May 21, 2025  No objections have been received as of the day of this presentation.  All affected City Departments and external stakeholders have reviewed and recommend approval of this Right-of-Way vacation application, subject to the conditions on the Master Comment Report submitted with this presentation. The City will retain a Wastewater Lines Easement over the entire vacation tract. How do you plan to develop the area to be vacated?  The area proposed to be vacated will be incorporated into the adjacent property at 1109 South Lamar Boulevard and developed consistent with the zoning district.  There is no active Site Plan. I am happy to answer your questions regarding the right of way process The applicant can answer your questions regarding the abutting property and the proposed development.
