Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Update by Foundation Communities on potential new affordable housing development in Mueller. Mueller Development Update by Banbury. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 4. Discussion and possible action on a recommendation for the City’s FY 2026-27 Budget to provide funding to the Mueller Property Owner’s Association for summer lifeguards.
