Approve the minutes of the Public Safety Commission regular meeting on November 3, 2025. The motion to approve the minutes of the Public Safety Commission regular meeting on November 3, 2025, was approved on Commissioner Bernhardt’s motion, Commissioner Duran’s second, on a 6-0 vote. Commissioners Carroll, Holmes, Orr, and Smith were absent. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2.
