Associated with a significant increase in the amount of Fentanyl being reported 13 Pop-Up Resource Clinics (PURCs) • Attendees can receive: Immunizations • Direct medical care from a doctor or nurse practitioner • MAP funding and card • • STD and other Infectious disease testing • Animal care • Coordinated assessment for housing assistance • Service point ID card for homeless services • Substance abuse services and support • Connection to mental health services • Veteran services 14 Pop-Up Resource Clinics (PURCs) • Locations are determined based on: EMS call volume for Persons Experiencing Homelessness (PEH) • • Boots on the ground reconnaissance of PEH populations and their needs • Clinics rotate between Central, North, and South regions • PURCs attendance • Average = 58 attendees; peek 106 • Services delivered • Average = 147 services delivered (in 4 hours); peek = 261 • PURCs in FY 2022: 7 15 Questions? 16
