I then arrived on scene to assisted and found the complainant standing at the bus stop on the South East corner of W 45th St and Lamar Blvd. The complainant identified himself as: Complainant: LEON, CARLOS Leon advised that he regularly uses the Capital Metro bus route 345 and has routinely had issues with the bus driver. I later spoke with the bus driver and identified him as: Involved: HARRIS, DAVID. Leon advised that he feels that the bus driver arrives late to the route on purpose to make Leon late. Leon explained that he and the bus driver normally get into verbal altercations. Leon explained that today between 7:12 AM - 7:17 AM Leon took the same route and got dropped off at W 45th St and Lamar Blvd. Leon advised that he got into a verbal disturbance with the bus driver about him being late again. Leon stated that he stepped off the bus and told the bus driver "you're a criminal" and advised that the bus driver nodded yes. Leon explained that their was some arguing back and forward and advised that the bus driver then ran his thumb across his own neck. Leon advised that he took this motion as a threat that the bus driver was going to kill him and advised that he wanted to press charges. I then spoke with the bus driver (Harris). Harris advised that Leon is a regular bus rider and he normally sees him about three times a week. Harris advised that most of the bus drivers have issues with Leon and he is a common problem to the point where they are trying to get him banned from riding the bus. Harris advised that he believes that Harris has issues and can become aggressive at times. Harris advised that Leon is normally argumentative and advised that he was also argumentative this morning. Harris explained that Leon normally waits until he gets off the bus to start yelling at him. Harris advised that this morning, Leon stepped off the bus and started yelling at him. Harris advised that he told him to leave as he motion with his right hand from his chest area out but advised that he never made any threats or motioned any threats. Harris advised that his capital metro employee ID is # I advised Harris that I would be writing a report. I gave Leon a case number and advised him that he would be writing a report with both parties accounts and that he would have to file the charges at municipal court himself if he wished to pursue charges.
