While we are confident that the issues can be satisfactorily addressed, we want to be considerate of the neighborhood process. Our goal is to be ready for the Nov 5 meeting, but will contact you to reschedule. Also, per your suggestion, we will be present at the Oct 8 meeting in the event there are questions.
