Description of Recommendation to Council Environmental Class 1 and Class 2 air duct exhaust shall terminate no less than 3 ft from a property line, 10 ft above a public way, 3 ft from openings into the building and the minimum separation distance from ventilation system outdoor air intakes determined in accordance with Section 402.4.1 Rationale: For the purpose of maintaining consistency with the 2024 Uniform Mechanical Code and ASHRAE Standards.
