Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the minutes of the LIBRARY COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING on October 24, 2022 DISCUSSION ITEMS Presentation by Wendy Woodland, Texas Library Association, regarding Library Legislative Issues. Presentation by The Austin History Center Association, regarding AHCA programs and services. Discussion of the November Director’s Report covering public programming highlights, facilities, and APL priorities WORKING GROUP UPDATES 5.
