Approval of minutes from the November 27, 2023, regular meeting The minutes of the November 27, 2023, regular meeting were approved with the following amendment on Commission Member Mehta’s motion and Commission Member Vogel’s second on a 7-0 vote. Vice Chair Infante Huerta and Commission Member Masters absent. The amendment is the removal of “Herrera” on the 2nd line of the approval of the minute’s item. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2.
