Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. Approve the minutes of the Joint Inclusion Committee regular meeting on July 22, 2026. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. 3. 4. Discussion regarding a schedule of future presentations on the activities of member commissions. Discussion regarding departments and offices to ask to present at future commission meetings Discussion regarding a recommendation for the Accessible Austin Certification program and implementation of accessibility requirements. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Approve membership changes and discuss future areas of focus for the commission’s working groups.
