APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the COMMITTEE’s REGULAR MEETING on APRIL 24th, 2024. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. Share updates regarding the JIC May 7th FY25 Budget Recommendation follow up meeting with City departments. Update on Commission on Veteran’s Affairs joining the Joint Inclusion Committee. Discuss Poet Laureate signature document in support of an Austin Poet Laureate Program. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Conduct officer elections for the Vice Chair. Approve a Budget Workgroup to follow up on FY25 Budget Recommendations and prepare for FY26 Budget Town Halls.
