Approve amending the bylaws to include the Commission on Veteran Affairs as a member of the Joint Inclusion Committee. Approve presenting amended bylaws with Commission on Veteran Affairs as a member of the Joint Inclusion Committee to the Office of the City Clerk and the Audit and Finance Committee for recommendation to full council for approval. Approve a recommendation for joint endorsement of the Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities recommendation on the FY 2024-25 Budget for a Point-in-Time Count for People with Disabilities in Austin. Budget Workgroup - updates from the last workgroup meeting on issues related to FY25 and policy matters pertaining to their assignment (Commissioners Richard Bondi, Charles Curry, and Hanna Huang).
