Public comment will be allowed in-person. Speakers must register in advance (on or before September 9th by 12pm-Noon). All public comments will occur at the beginning of the meeting and public speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Discussion and possible action on establishing a workgroup for Quality-of-Life Studies and empowering those appointed commissioners to make decisions about the Quality-of- Life Studies on behalf of the Joint Inclusion Committee. Discussion and possible action on developing a collective strategy about conducting the Quality-of-Life Studies over the next fiscal year, and discussion about how open to collaboration each commission is on developing studies together.
