Public comment will be allowed in person or via telephone. Remote speakers must register in advance (March 22 by Noon). All public comment will occur at the beginning of the meeting. Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Consider a Special Called Meeting for lingering budgetary & other incomplete business from this regularly scheduled committee meeting.
