As of the date of this memo, two annexations have been completed in 2026, and there are two more annexations for Council consideration at the July 23, 2026 Council meeting. Staff will compile additional information for all completed and proposed annexations for submission as backup to the meeting for the Commission’s consideration for Council District assignment. Additionally, there are several disannexations pursuant to (89R) S.B. 1844 from Full Purpose to the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). However, once these disannexations are approved by City Council, the areas in question are officially removed from the respective Districts and do not require ICRC action.
