Commissioner Lands joined the meeting at 2:45pm. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first three speakers who register to speak no later than noon the day before the meeting will be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. No speakers signed up to speak. 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES This item was tabled for the next meeting.  2. OLD BUSINESS The ICRC may discuss and take action on the following agenda items: Selection of remaining commissioner Following discussion and deliberation, the remaining commissioner was not selected. This item will be taken up at the next meeting. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS • Selection of the remaining commissioner ADJOURNMENT ICRC Liaison, Matthew Dugan adjourned the meeting at 4:07pm.
