REGULAR MEETING OF THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M. PERMITTING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER, ROOM 1401 6310 WILHELMINA DECLO DRIVE AUSTIN, TEXAS Some members of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee may be participating by videoconference. Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee special called meeting on December 2, 2025, regular meeting on August 12, 2025, regular meeting on May 13, 2025, and special called meeting on April 15, 2025. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. Discussion and input on potential revisions to the Street Impact Fee (SIF) Ordinance and Code from IFAC members.
