Speakers who would like to address items ON the agenda will be called on by the Chair to speak for up to three-minutes when that item is taken up. 1. Approve the minutes of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee Special Meeting on APPROVAL OF MINUTES January 10, 2023. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 1. Discussion and possible action recommending SIF exemptions for day care land uses considering the current challenges faced by Day Care facilities in Central Texas, including the recent loss of State funding and increasing closures.
