Approve the minutes of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee Special Meeting on APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 22, 2022. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 2. Discussion and possible action on the water and wastewater Semi-Annual Impact Fee Report for October 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022 as set forth in the functions of the advisory committee, Austin City Code and Chapter 395.058 of the Texas Local Government Code. Impact Fee Advisory Committee March 8, 2022 Page 2 of 2 dates for 2022. Conduct officer elections for the Committee Chair. 5.
