REGULAR MEETING OF THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M. PERMITTING AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER, ROOM 1401 6310 WILHELMINA DECLO DRIVE AUSTIN, TEXAS Some members of the Impact Fee Advisory Committee may be participating by videoconference. Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. Discussion and possible action on the water and wastewater Semi-Annual Impact Fee Report for October 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, as set forth in the functions of the advisory committee, Austin City Code and Chapter 395.058 of the Texas Local Government Code.
