HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2025 The Human Rights Commission convened in a regular meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 301 W. 2nd St., Boards & Commissions Room, in Austin, Texas. Chair Duhon called the Human Rights Commission meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Commissioners in Attendance: Kolby Duhon (Chair) Morgan Davis Tannya Oliva Martinez Mindy Morgan Avitia Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Danielle Bryant Mariana Krueger Gabriella Zeidan PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Human Rights Commission regular meeting on July 28, 2025. The July 28, 2025 minutes were approved on Commissioner Krueger’s motion, Commissioner Davis’ second on a 6-0 vote. Commissioner Bryant was off the dais. Commissioners Aslam, Kirsh Pozen, and Khawar were absent. WORKING GROUP UPDATES 2. Update from the Budget Working Group regarding the steps the group has taken since its formation, including contact with Council members and planned next steps.
