APPROVAL OF MINUTES DRAFT MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Operations Committee regular meeting on May 20, 2026. MOTION: Approve the minutes of the regular meeting on May 20, 2026 on a motion by Commissioner Acton, Commissioner Rice seconding. Vote: 2-0. Commissioner Harris abstained. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. Operations Committee workplan. • Commissioners discussed potential projects for the committee to work on for the remainder of 2026 and through 2027. • Commissioners identified next steps for several projects and agreed to take on projects based on individual interest and time. PUBLIC HEARINGS/DISCUSSION ITEMS 3. Discussion and possible action on Historic Sign Standards. • The committee will discuss the Historic Sign Standards at its August 19 meeting. • Photographs will be added when available, before the standards are recommended to the Historic Landmark Commission for adoption.
