We invited and met with the applicant on May 28, 2026 at our monthly meeting. We have made monthly contact with the owner since then and have not been made aware of any new developments concerning this project. We have reached out to the project owner and their representative, but they are not in favor of a postponement. It was brought to our attention by concerned neighbors that the hearing notice sign for this property is lying flat on the land and not visible from the street. Only if you are walking by the house would you know there was any kind of Notice of Hearing. In light of this, we kindly request that the case be postponed to allow the Zoning Committee to review the new documentation and convene with the applicant. We have extended an invitation to the applicant to join our next Zoning Committee meeting on August 27th, where they can present their project ahead of the following HLC meeting in September.
