Since our attendance at the HLC meeting in June 2025, we have not been made aware of any developments concerning this project from the applicant. We have reached out to the project owner and their representative, but they are not in favor of a postponement. It was brought to our attention by concerned neighbors that there is not a Notice of Hearing sign posted on the property. In light of this, we kindly request that the case be postponed to allow the Zoning Committee to review the new documentation and convene with the applicant. We have extended an invitation to the applicant to join our next Zoning Committee meeting on August 27th, where they can present their project ahead of the following HLC meeting in September.
