APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Architectural Review Committee regular meeting on April 8, 2026. MOTION: Approve the April 8, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion by Commissioner Grogan. Commissioner Koch seconded the motion. Vote 2-0. Commissioner Alvarez off the dais. The motion passed. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. C14H-1980-0009 – 3414 Lyons Rd. James Smith Place Council District 3 Proposal: Repair and stabilize the exterior. Applicant: Tracy Geyer The applicant presented their proposal.
