We understand that the existing house is proposed to be replaced with a new residence. Based on what has been shared with us, we support the project and believe the proposed new home will be an appropriate improvement for the property and a positive addition to the neighborhood. We also understand that the new construction is intended to respect the character of Old Enfield and remain generally consistent with the existing site layout.
