APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approve the minutes of the Architectural Review Committee regular meeting on February 11, 2026. MOTION: Approve the February 11, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion by Commissioner Grogan. Commissioner Koch seconded the motion. Commissioner Alvarez off the dais. Vote 2-0.
