C14H-2025-0122 – 2207 E. 22nd St. Elliott House Council District 1 Proposal: Owner-initiated historic zoning Applicant: Terri Myers City Staff: Kalan Contreras, Historic Preservation Office, 512-974-2727 Staff Recommendation: Grant the proposed zoning change from SF-3-NP to SF-3-H-NP.
