REGULAR MEETING OF THE HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS 301 W. 2ND STREET AUSTIN, TEXAS Some members of the Historic Landmark Commission may be participating by videoconference. C14H-2025-0122 – 2207 E. 22nd St. Elliott House Council District 1 Proposal: Owner-initiated historic zoning Applicant: Terri Myers City Staff: Kalan Contreras, Historic Preservation Office, 512-974-2727 Staff Recommendation: Grant the proposed zoning change from SF-3-NP to SF-3-H-NP. PR-2025-138065 – 907 E. 13th St. Council District 1 Proposal: Commission-initiated historic zoning Applicant: Historic Landmark Commission City Staff: Kalan Contreras, Historic Preservation Office, 512-974-2727 Staff Recommendation: Should the Commission find that the building’s historical associations and landmark designation, recommend historic zoning for the front part of the lot, containing the original portions of the house only. HR-2025-145729 – 2100 Barton Springs Rd. Zilker Park Barton Springs Bridge Council District 8 Proposal: Construct a new bridge, reconstruct trails, and restore the stream bank. Applicant: Paulinda Lanham City Staff: Kalan Contreras, Historic Preservation Office, 512-974-2727 Staff Recommendation: Comment on plans for new construction, encouraging the applicant to comply with THC feedback when received, and release the application. Request that the applicant follow the appropriate City process if other contributing structures are to be removed or modified. HR-2026-004703 – 702 Winflo Dr. West Line National Register Historic District Council District 9 Proposal: Construct a new residence.
