Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.. I am a resident of the Rogers-Washington-Holy Cross Historic District and I am in favor of a Postponement of this ruling pending plans or some type of document showing the use of this property. This property is adjacent to an original and well-known homeowner of this Historic District; I would strongly object to approval for demolition without site plans or other documentation showing that the structure is not suitable for rehab.
