This is listed as item 7. HR–2025–070716 on the Historic Landmark Commission agenda for July 2, 2025. I represent the South River City Citizens (SRCC) Historic Preservation Committee. Thank you for this opportunity to comment. The owners have requested approval for an addition to the rear of their existing home. The proposed addition would be two stories in height, and would be located to the rear of the existing home. The proposed addition conforms to the Mary Street Design Standards for the LHD.
